Founded in 2018 in Davao City, HK Consulting & Advisory Services Inc. (HKCASI) was born from a simple mission: help small and medium businesses grow by making government compliance clear, practical, and doable. Our Founder & CEO, Michael Kim Tayone, began by serving one client who challenged him to master the compliance landscape—from LGU permits to national registrations—and he stood with that client every step of the way. The results spoke for themselves, and referrals followed.

In 2019, Michael met his future business partner—now wife—Hannah Grace Pingkian Tayone. Together, they formalized the vision and built HKCASI on a promise: “We can handle it.” Since then, HKCASI has expanded its team and capabilities, and has been recognized for professional excellence and client impact.
